I have not done a lot of character animation, I have picked up a few scenes here and there. However, most of my animation has been walk cycles and short clips to test out morph targets and facial rigs. I have spent hundreds of hours cleaning up motion capture, but if we're honest, I don't think that really counts.
This is an animation I have been working on. It is a line delivered by Marlon Brando's character in Apocalypse Now. The purpose of this exercise is to test the morph targets and bones I set up.
And its fun.
and another scene from Donner.

I have also done numerous animations with cars, planes, boats slowly chugging up a river, camera push ins etc.
